The Pegu Khola Small Hydropower Project (3 MW),
undertaken by Bigu Hydro Venture Pvt. Ltd. under Aviyan Group, has achieved a
significant milestone with the completion of the detailed survey. The project
is now progressing smoothly into the design phase, marking a critical step in
its development.
Survey Completion
and Design Progress
The comprehensive survey for the Pegu Khola
project has been successfully completed, providing vital data for the layout
and technical planning of the powerhouse, headworks, and supporting
infrastructure. The design process is currently underway, ensuring that the
technical specifications align with both engineering standards and
environmental sustainability.
Community Support
from Bigu Gaunpalika
The project has also received strong support from
local communities and representatives of Bigu Gaunpalika Ward No. 7. During
